We stayed local and had a mellow weekend cause we are racing next weekend. Park City Perfect 10. Can anybody tellĀ us what the course is like or even better send a GPS file? Pretty please. We’ll have no time for a pre-ride and want to know what gear to bring.
Yesterday it was mountain gears 34×22. Second Left Hand Canyon/Bunker Creek/Sydney Peaks Trail and down Dark Hollow. The BrianHead trails are in fab shape.
It was supposed to be a mellow day.
Even Dave Harris gets tired sometimes
There is an updated map at http://www.parkcityperfect10.com. 7 mile loop, 900 feet of elevation. Looks like some heft climbing, followed by some quick descending.
I wish I’d had 34/22 last Sunday!
Tired, bwah-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha….you’re fooling no one.

Several of those trails have been used in the E50/E100 so you guys will recognize some of it. I seem to remember that climbing Team Big Bear is tough and descending Deer Camp is sweet! I don’t recognize some of the stuff at the end of the lap I that looks like a great course…I want to go!
Looks like it starts around 8200 feet and tops out a little over 9000. Dave is right, most of it was E-50/E-100 stuff. I should be cooler than the E-12 since a lot of it is in the trees. Team Big Bear was loose and rocky, but that was 2 years ago for me. I hope to give it a pre-ride on Wednesday and will report back then.
